Join this group of teens in exploring the complicated thoughts and emotions of every day life while creating and working in a therapeutic garden. Learn skills to improve your mental health, regulate your nervous system, emotions, and improve your sense of thriving. Gain social emotional skills and community in the garden! This group is designated for teens only. Ages 11-15
